Terence Rabe

Terence has built his career on helping individuals and organizations improve their experience of Microsoft tools and services. Starting as an apprentice, he earned several Microsoft certifications which led to a helpdesk role with a large corporation. In 1999 he qualified as a Microsoft Certified Trainer and changed focus to training users and IT professionals alike for the next decade. 2011 saw the start of his own company providing consultancy and training on Office 365, allowing various contracts and freelance roles that helped deepen his knowledge and experience of Microsoft cloud across a wide range of industries and projects. Terence joined the Adoption and Change Management team at Transparity in 2021 where today he leads the team in doing what he loves; learning and helping others!
