What is FastTrack?

FastTrack is a Microsoft initiative that enables you to engage with Transparity to accelerate your move to Microsoft 365, as well as ensure you have all the tools to complete your digital transformation at your disposal. This remote service is proven to streamline the planning, implementation, deployment and onboarding processes associated with a move to the Microsoft Cloud.

For eligible customers, there’s no additional cost to your organisation as it’s a service already included in your Microsoft 365 susbscription. The FastTrack service is designed to:

FastTrack Benefit Assessment Workshop

As part of our 5 step FastTrack engagement process, we have created a FastTrack Benefit Assessment Workshop. During this 1-hour online session, our technical experts will guide you through the FastTrack process, highlighting how you can maximise your investment by driving the highest levels of user adoption, security and productivity from the Microsoft 365 tools. This is achieved by walking you through each of the tools within the suite (known as “workloads”), looking at your current utilisation of them, and working in partnership with you to build out a plan for increasing usage on workloads with either low or no usage.

Workshop agenda

  • Introduction to the FastTrack process and analysis of existing tenant workload usage
  • Discuss target workloads for FastTrack benefits
  • Define approach for each workload and identify Key Stakeholders, Implementation Approach, and Communication and Training Plans
  • Consulting and Adoption Services in addition to FastTrack (including an overview of TAP - our Training and Adoption Portal)
  • Agree actions and next steps

Please note:

  • If you pay charitable pricing for Microsoft licences, unfortunately, you are not eligible for FastTrack assistance
  • Organisations with less than 500 licences are only eligible for guidance and not migration services
  • If you have more than 150 staff but less than 150 licences, increasing the number of licences above 150 may improve your eligibility
  • Licences must be of the same subscription, for example, 150 E3 Office 365 or 500 Intune

Two things you must have:

  • A minimum number of 150 Microsoft 365 licences (Office 365, Windows 10, EMS), bought through Transparity or another organisation
  • Features of Office 365 and/or EM+S you want to start using, such as Teams, Yammer or SharePoint
