Temple Bright was in search of a Cloud-first, modern IT solution that would complement their pioneering and innovative business model. The firm wanted to modernise its approach to remote collaboration and device management, and wished to learn more about Microsoft’s Enterprise-grade offerings. Following in-depth discussions with Temple Bright, Transparity understood the firm’s desire to evaluate new approaches to their IT services, keeping at the forefront the need for a modern and adaptable working environment and how to securely manage user devices in any location, over any network.
Transparity proposed solutions utilising the Microsoft 365 suite; in particular, Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, Teams and Exchange Online. This combination of Microsoft’s best-of-breed solutions would enable a true modern work solution, affording Temple Bright’s users access to the data and files they need, on any device and in any location.
Keeping the firm’s users and data secure whilst managing a remote workforce was of the highest priority. Microsoft Endpoint Manager was implemented to deliver the modern management of data that Temple Bright were after, whilst also supporting the configuration of user devices. Azure Active Directory was also deployed as an innovative Cloud-based identity and access management solution, providing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to provide robust protection for Temple Bright’s lawyers when accessing sensitive files on their devices.
The migration of data to SharePoint Online as part of a Microsoft Teams implementation would provide better document access and storage as well as greater collaboration options for Temple Bright’s users. With the addition of Transparity’s End User Support, Temple Bright have access to the very best, proactive, end-to-end support service on a day-to-day basis, 24×7. Additionally, Transparity’s Training and Adoption Portal (TAP) was introduced to provide Temple Bright’s users with tools, videos and guidance on how to quickly and easily adopt their new technology environment.
Temple Bright also wanted to move their existing on-premises Exchange Server to Microsoft Exchange Online, commencing their migration of mailboxes and services. This would provide a robust messaging solution with secure access to email, calendar, contacts and tasks from any device.
Temple Bright now has a modern working environment with ease of access, collaboration and security in mind. Utilising what SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Endpoint Manager have to offer has helped create an environment for effective communication and collaboration. Other benefits include effortless file sharing and user-friendly device management, as well as enhanced security across all devices.
