Project Overview

Following a successful Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation by Transparity in 2022, Crimestoppers needed a reliable, responsive support partner to manage the transition from go-live through to a stable, fully functioning system — and to maintain it on an ongoing basis across the charity’s wider Microsoft platform.

Transparity provides Crimestoppers with end-to-end application managed services for Business Central, covering everything from day-to-day queries and complex technical issues through to professionally managed upgrades. The result is a stable, current and well-supported platform that the charity can rely on to run its business-critical operations.

The Challenge

Following the go-live of its Business Central ERP solution, Crimestoppers needed a trusted partner to provide ongoing support across the platform. With a lean internal team and a wide range of support needs — from simple how-to questions through to complex software and data issues — the charity required a managed services arrangement that could respond quickly, communicate clearly and keep the system running smoothly.

Regular upgrades to Business Central also needed to be professionally managed to ensure the system remained current and secure without disrupting day-to-day operations.

The Solution

Transparity was engaged in 2022 to implement an end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP solution for Crimestoppers. Since go-live, Transparity has also provided ongoing support and maintenance across the organisation’s wider Microsoft platform.

From the early stages of the deployment, Transparity supported Crimestoppers through the transition from initial implementation to a stable, fully functioning system.

The managed services agreement provides access to a customer portal, allowing Crimestoppers to log and track support requests easily. Queries range from simple how-to questions through to more complex software or data issues requiring technical investigation.
