Transparity delivered care software support for The Care Database (owned by Chase Hospice Trading), taking over long-term support and enhancements. The team transitioned source control and backlog into Azure DevOps, reviewed the web app and SQL code, fixed critical issues and performance problems, and moved hosting to Azure App Services with automated deployment pipelines.
