The Leadership Team

With more than 150 years of combined commercial experience in senior roles, Transparity’s Board of Directors provides the strategic vision needed to become and remain the leading Microsoft Partner in the UK. Our Senior Management Team are experts in their fields, with a multitude of Microsoft qualifications to aid in your digital transformation journey. And together with the rest of Transparity, they make up a talented and dedicated group of people who put their customers’ needs before profits.

David Jobbins
CEO & Co-Founder

David’s career in technology spans more than three decades, beginning at Viglen where he spent 16 years. He has spent much of his working life in senior managerial roles, including leading teams of up to 80 people.

David founded Transparity with Colin Macandrew in 2015, where they combined their in-depth IT experience with a passion for providing the very best service possible for their customers.

Paul Bolt
Managing Director

Paul has had decades of experience in numerous leadership positions in the tech sector, sitting on the Senior Leadership teams at Insight and Rackspace. More recently, he ran Microsoft’s SMB business in the UK and then took on Microsoft’s CMO role before joining Transparity as Managing Director.

He is passionate about helping customers transform and use technology to drive compelling outcomes. It’s his firmly held belief that Transparity’s ability to do this is rooted in our culture and our ability to build an environment where people can do their best work. As MD, Paul’s role is to inspire and lead us to help us become Microsoft’s most respected partner.

Anthony Green
Chief Commercial Officer

Anthony’s career has been dedicated to the IT sector, where he’s held a number of senior Sales Management positions. In each role he has led substantial revenue growth year-on-year from existing and new customers, combining a personable nature with technical expertise to foster strong relationships.

As CCO, Anthony leads the growth of the business by bringing in new customers as well as managing and nurturing our existing customers for long-term partnerships.

Iain Slater
Chief Financial Officer

Iain has almost two decades’ experience in senior leadership Finance roles, as well as working as an independent consultant.

A KPMG-trained Chartered Accountant, he has in-depth experience of leading acquisition and multi-million-pound funding projects.

Iain oversees Transparity’s Finance team, and has become an integral part of our financial goals and acquisition strategy.

Kelvin Papp
Chief Technology Officer

Kelvin has spent more than 15 years in senior technical, Pre-Sales and Product Management roles within the IT industry. He holds multiple advanced Microsoft certifications, and has an extensive understanding of the Microsoft Cloud. 

As CTO, Kelvin leads Transparity’s Operational and Technical functions.

Neil Tune
Chief People and Culture Officer

Neil has spent his entire career as a people professional, building great cultures and teams. He recently gained an MSc from Henley Business School, is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and loves to coach.

Neil has held senior people leadership roles across a number of sectors and believes passionately in creating winning cultures where everyone can flourish. At Transparity his team lead our efforts to create an outstanding place to work for everyone.

Tim Hannibal
Chief Partner Officer

With more than 13 years in IT, Tim has an innate understanding of the endless possibilities associated with Microsoft Cloud services.

At Transparity, Tim works closely with the team at Microsoft and keeps the organisation up-to-date with the very latest Microsoft technologies. His work with the team there enables us to quickly adopt best-of-breed solutions ourselves and recommend them to our customers.

Simon Hemley
Director - Beech Tree Private Equity

Simon has close to two decades’ experience in corporate finance, including over 13 years working in private equity. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant during his time at Ernst & Young, and has held several Board-level positions at support service businesses.

Simon became a member of Transparity’s Board of Directors following Beech Tree Private Equity’s investment in 2020.

Adam Rudd
Director - Beech Tree Private Equity

Adam leads Beech Tree Private Equity’s investment focus around technology and is involved in several companies covering Cloud Solutions, Data Management, EdTech and Unified Comms. He has over 15 years’ experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, advising technology and tech-enabled businesses across Europe. Adam joined the board of Transparity following Beech Tree’s investment in 2020
