The project will unify JSD’s order management, fulfilment, and finance operations within a single, integrated platform, providing greater visibility and control across the business.

The platform’s seamless integration with Microsoft applications, including email and productivity tools, will further enhance collaboration and efficiency across teams. Replacing legacy systems will also enable JSD to retire costly on‑premise servers, significantly reducing IT complexity and overhead.
