BrandAlley, the UK’s go‑to online destination for off‑price premium and luxury brands across fashion, beauty, home, and lifestyle, has selected Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to modernise its finance operations as part of a wider growth strategy.

Partnering with Transparity, BrandAlley is replacing its legacy finance system with a modern, cloud‑based solution designed to support scale, improve efficiency, and enable better decision‑making across the business.

BrandAlley operates a members‑only platform, launching new flash sales daily and offering access to exclusive, in‑demand brands at exceptional price points. Alongside this, the business provides instant fulfilment of designer pieces through its recently revitalised and highly sustainable warehouse operations.

The organisation selected Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to improve operational efficiency while taking advantage of built‑in automation and AI capabilities.

The previous legacy system was no longer able to support BrandAlley’s pace of growth or its increasingly complex operating model.
