We’re excited to announce that we have been awarded five of the six new Microsoft Partner Designations, firmly placing Transparity amongst the most accredited Microsoft Partners in the world. Microsoft’s new designations make it easier for customers to identify the best partners for them by highlighting those with outstanding capabilities across six key areas.
Earlier this year, Microsoft announced a dramatic transformation of their accreditation process and an overhaul of their Microsoft Partner Network. The changes do away with the Gold and Silver specialisations, which were awarded to partners with proven capabilities in specific areas. Instead, Microsoft has consolidated these disciplines into six solution areas – Data & AI, Infrastructure, Digital & App Innovation, Business Applications, Modern Work, and Security.
Additionally, the Microsoft Partner Network will become the Microsoft Cloud Partner Program, denoting Microsoft’s focus on the future of cloud technologies.
As a result of this change, Microsoft expects customers will find it easier to find the right partner for them while recognising those with truly outstanding capabilities. Each of the designations is extremely challenging to achieve, making it clear which partners have the expertise to deliver projects to the high standards expected from Microsoft.
To achieve any of the designations, partners must demonstrate outstanding proficiency in three categories – performance, skilling and customer success. In doing so, we have demonstrated the number of customers trusting us to deliver their goals in the cloud, the exceptional skill and training of our experts and the incredible customer success stories we are so proud of.
