Lewis Stagnetto selects Transparity to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Lewis Stagnetto Ltd., a long-established tobacco, wine and spirits distributor and retailer in Gibraltar, has selected Transparity to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as part of a programme to modernise its business operations.

“Our legacy systems were approaching obsolescence, so we saw an opportunity to re-engineer our IT environment and implement a robust, cloud-based, end-to-end solution that would future-proof our business in a rapidly changing market,” says Matthew Stagnetto, Director at Lewis Stagnetto.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will provide Lewis Stagnetto with a modern platform to manage the warehousing, distribution, and inventory complexities of its diverse operations, while also delivering a strong foundation for invoicing, purchasing, and financial management.

“With a proven track record in Microsoft Dynamics implementations, we selected Transparity as our implementation partner,” continues Matthew. “The initial scoping and discovery workshops are already underway.”

By moving to Business Central, Lewis Stagnetto will also integrate its operational processes with Microsoft Office, enabling greater collaboration and more effective communication across the organisation.

The transition to the cloud will allow the business to retire costly on‑premise infrastructure while benefiting from regular, automated updates that keep the platform secure and current. Crucially, the new solution will also help Lewis Stagnetto respond quickly to anticipated legislative changes within Gibraltar’s unique trading environment.

“This is a great opportunity for Lewis Stagnetto to modernise and strengthen its operations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central,” says Gareth Morrille, Consulting Director at Transparity. “We’re proud to support this long-standing family business with a future-ready platform that will serve them well for generations to come.”
