With more than 150 years of combined commercial experience in senior roles, Transparity’s Board of Directors provide the strategic vision needed to become and remain the leading Microsoft Partner in the UK. Our Senior Management Team are experts in their fields, with a multitude of Microsoft qualifications to aid in your digital transformation journey. And together with the rest of Transparity, they make up a talented and dedicated group of people who put their customers’ needs before profits.

Board of Directors
David's career in technology spans more than three decades, beginning at Viglen where he spent 16 years. He has spent much of his working life in senior managerial roles, including leading teams of up to 80 people. David founded Transparity with Colin Macandrew in 2015, where they combined their in-depth IT experience with a passion for providing the very best service possible for their customers.
Prior to becoming an IT expert, Colin managed businesses in the automotive sector with up to £6m turnover. Subsequently, he spent time in senior technical and IT architect roles before joining forces with David Jobbins to form Transparity. Initially heading up the technical team as CTO, Colin now leverages his demonstrable leadership experience as Transparity's Chief Operating Officer.
Anthony's career has focused solely in the IT sector, where he has held a number of senior Sales Management positions. In each role he has lead substantial revenue growth year-on-year from existing and new customers, combining a personable nature with technical expertise to foster strong relationships. As CCO, Anthony sets the Sales strategy and heads up our Account Management and Marketing functions.
With more than 13 years in IT, Tim has an innate understanding of the endless possibilities associated with Microsoft Cloud services. At Transparity, Tim works closely with the team at Microsoft and keeps the organisation up-to-date with the very latest Microsoft technologies. His work with the team there enables us to quickly adopt best-of-breed solutions ourselves and recommend them to our customers.
Kelvin has spent more than 15 years in senior technical, Pre-Sales and Product Management roles within the IT industry. He holds multiple advanced Microsoft certifications, and has progressed quickly within Transparity as a result of his hard work and comprehensive understanding of the Microsoft Cloud. As CTO, Kelvin supports customer engagements and manages Transparity's team of Technical Leads.
Iain has almost two decades' experience in senior leadership Finance roles, as well as working as an independent consultant. A KPMG-trained Chartered Accountant, he has in-depth experience of leading acquisition and multi-million-pound funding projects. Iain oversees Transparity's Finance team, and has become an integral part of our financial goals and acquisition strategy.
Simon has close to two decades' experience in corporate finance, including over 13 years working in private equity. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant during his time at Ernst & Young, and has held several Board-level positions at support service businesses. Simon became a member of Transparity's Board of Directors following Beech Tree Private Equity's investment in 2020.
Adam leads Beech Tree Private Equity’s investment focus around technology and is involved in several companies covering Cloud Solutions, Data Management, EdTech and Unified Comms. He has over 15 years’ experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, advising technology and tech-enabled businesses across Europe. Adam joined the board of Transparity following Beech Tree’s investment in 2020.
