The situation that we were presented with was to provide an MVP build to support the new loyalty program, Virgin Red. Virgin had an existing loyalty program hosted on-premises that they wanted to retire.
Y.CO was looking for a company to take over the management of its core applications – Y.CO Live and Y.Box – in order to stabilise and evolve them to modern standards. These applications are hosted in the cloud and also installed on each vessel managed by Y.CO.
Transparity was briefed to develop a new software system that would broadcast live travel data to clients and customers through the use of syndication, personalisation and localisation.
Transparity supports the move away from manual data entry and creates new software to stream line operations saving the CAA time and money.
