Transparity’s Women in Focus: Chelsea Ward

Today, Tuesday 8th March 2022 is International Women’s Day and to celebrate we would like to introduce you to just some of the women in team Transparity doing great things!

Meet Chelsea Ward one of our Support Technician Apprentices.

Chelsea has been with Transparity for just 7 months, after making the bold decision to change careers and jump into the world of IT.  Her role combines both study and full-time employment as part of the Support Team.

Chelsea shows her strength through building her confidence and learning to resolve challenges, all whilst providing exceptional customer service. Recently Chelsea was selected as an ambassador to attend Microsoft’s National Apprenticeship event and we were more than proud to see her there representing Transparity.
