Microsoft announces Microsoft 365 Business offer for Nonprofit organisations
Microsoft has launched a series of solutions designed to help bridge the technological gap and help every Nonprofit move to the Cloud.
The Microsoft 365 Business for Nonprofits offer available today provides up to 10 donated seats of their integrated Cloud solution – Microsoft 365 Business – to help Nonprofits securely run and manage their organisations. Nonprofits can obtain additional seats for just £3.80 per additional user per month. This new offer enables eligible Nonprofits to utilise all the benefits of Microsoft 365 Business without the cost of licensing for their first 10 users.
Users will be able to unlock features that enable enhanced security with powerful tools such as Advanced Threat Protection, Intune and Windows Defender. Organisations can also increase their productivity with Windows 10, including automated device rollout and management using Autopilot, as well as market-leading collaboration apps such as Microsoft Teams.
Microsoft have made a big commitment towards enabling Nonprofits to build their organisations, achieve more with less and get more done together, all through a simplified and secure management suite. This fits with the core mission being driven by Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella to “empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more”, representing an excellent opportunity for Nonprofits to take the next steps in their digital transformation journeys.
In partnership with Microsoft and for a limited time, Microsoft Cloud experts Transparity are offering free Cloud Strategy Workshops to help Nonprofit organisations understand the features of Microsoft 365 Business, whilst explaining how to leverage the complimentary licenses. During the workshop, Transparity will consult with you to understand your current IT landscape and examine the current pain points, resulting in a long-term strategy for the use of Cloud services that is unique to your organisation.
Tim Hannibal, Microsoft Partner Director at Transparity, commented: “This is a fantastic opportunity for Nonprofit organisations to take advantage of the Enterprise-grade apps and software offered by Microsoft 365 for free. With companies in this sector wanting to spend as much money as possible on front-line services, investment in their IT systems can become an afterthought. Transparity will be able to show you how Microsoft 365 can solve common challenges such as protecting sensitive donor data, reduce costs by consolidating vendors and improve your productivity by automating deployment and management of devices.”
