Michelle fell into the people profession 10 years ago after a dramatic career change, and hasn’t looked back since. From starting out in global HR projects, she quickly discovered her passion for HR tech and using it to drive the employee experience.
As Head of People & Culture at Transparity, Michelle is an ambassador for women in tech, having set up our own Women in Transparity ‘wit’ network.
Neil is passionate about helping people reach their potential and creating winning cultures where everyone can flourish. He’s a pioneer of our Winning From Anywhere® model and, as a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, works hard to support the people who make Transparity special.
