About the role
The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for the design and implementation of the Transparity Cloud Management Platform. Primary responsibilities are development of new features and enhancing existing features. As a senior member of the team you will also be expected to contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle.
This role requires active participation with leadership, the ability to communicate well with others as well as deliver on time in an exciting and fast moving environment. Our Cloud management platform is central to the future growth of the business so you should be able to work with other departments, both technical and non-technical, be comfortable working with Microsoft technologies (including Microsoft Azure) and .NET Core, plus have experience with APIs and Azure DevOps.
Your main responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Design, code, test and debug application code
Complete development activities to ensure product releases are on time
Collaborate with other technical leads to develop features
Work in a DevOps environment using DevOps tooling
Further develop the maturity of the team
Thought leadership around new technologies and development methodologies

We’re also looking for the following attributes:
Proven experience as a software engineer
Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud-native technologies
Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and multi-tenanted application design
Extensive experience with Microsoft .NET Core
Working knowledge of Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines)
Experience in working with API design patterns
Knowledge of Bootstrap and jQuery
