About the role
The Product Manager will support the Technology function, owning the creation and management of products and services in close consultation with the Chief Technology Officer and Technical Leads. They will take responsibility for ensuring the timely identification, prioritisation, and delivery of product and service collateral in line with the company vision.
Your main responsibilities will also include (but are not limited to):
Establishing and maintaining a product release and product lifecycle framework
Providing input into the identification of new products and services through industry awareness and competitor offerings.
Defining and maintaining the Technology roadmap for each area in partnership with the CTO and Technical Lead(s)
Lead assessment and validation activity for the definition and release of new products and services
Owning and maintaining all service description and presentation content for defined products and services
Preparing, submitting, and maintaining listings for key products and services (e.g. AppSource, Marketplace, G-Cloud)
Ensuring required new products and services are delivered in a timely and effective manner
Coordinating the transition of new products and services into Operations and Sales
Monitoring the success and effectiveness of product and service propositions, recommending change as needed
Supporting Marketing and lead generation activity through the creation of supporting content and collateral

In addition to this, we are looking for a few other attributes:
Proven experience in a Product Manager (or equivalent) role
Experience of creating customer-facing service documentation (e.g. service descriptions, brochures, catalogues etc)
A technical background; ideally in an MSP environment with experience using Microsoft Cloud technology
Commercial awareness, and the ability to identify key service criteria, scope and limitations
Excellent documentation and presentation skills
A relevant degree-level qualification (desirable)
Relevant Microsoft certifications (desirable)
