About the role

As a key member of the Marketing team, you will own the qualification stage of all leads coming from Marketing activities into the Sales team to ensure every lead is followed up, qualified and supporting the growth of the business.

  • Actively qualifying marketing qualified leads through cold-calling and emails to a BANT qualified level.
  • Qualifying all event attendees, workshop requests, website enquiries, whitepaper downloads and webinar on demand downloads to get them to SQL ready.
  • Creating a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process.
  • Ensuring all leads are managed and updated correctly in Dynamics CRM at all times.
  • Setting up face-to-face or virtual meetings between potential customers and Business Growth team.
  • Managing the website live chat daily to provide assistance in prospects search and supporting them through their buying journey to SQL ready.
  • To represent Transparity when engaging with prospects and customers professionally.
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate Business Growth Managers for further development and closure.
  • Reactive response to unmanaged customer base.
