About the role

The role of the Content Marketing Manager is pivotal in bringing to life the technology services that we provide through the written word and supporting media. As owner of the content strategy and plan, you’ll be in a position to lead the way, bring forward your creative ideas and sculpt the way we communicate to our audiences through the various channels. This is a full time role, but we’re open to part time and job share or any other flexible requirement – just let us know at application or career chat stage!

Your main responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Develop and manage the content strategy and plan
  • Own content projects from initial brief through to final production
  • Plan, produce and schedule content for video material
  • Own and manage all PR to ensure the coverage is wide and relevant
  • Understand and prioritise content requirements for key customer journeys in order to drive conversion from visitor to lead
  • With the support of the Customer Success Team, coordinate and write case studies from execution to go live
  • Produce original copy for email, social media, website, awards, collateral and more
  • Liaise with Technical Leads to create thought leadership blog posts
  • Increase visitor traffic through engaging B2B multimedia content
  • Increase the level of engagement with direct social channels in our key audiences
  • Work with the digital team to ensure copy is crafted in a way that it’s optimised for SEO
  • Proofread and QA all content
  • Ensure all copy is on brand and aligned to the brand’s tone of voice
  • Support content production for strategic customer bids, ABM programmes and events
  • Monitor web traffic metrics
  • Produce ROI reporting
  • Work with external agencies where needed

 
About you

We would also like you to possess the following:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar B2B marketing role
  • Proven success in executing multimedia content
  • Degree, or equivalent level qualification in journalism, media, marketing or a specialism
  • Exceptional English written skills with a keen eye for detail as you’ll be proofreading
  • Experience in creative storytelling
  • WordPress CMS skills to manage and publish digital content
  • A solid understanding of social media campaigns and/or online community management
  • Tech savvy with Microsoft applications – that’s what we do, after all!
  • You have the legal right to work in the UK
